D365 F&O Business Analyst - Fixed Term Contract 12 months

Business Analyst, D365 F&O / SCM / Commerce

£55,000 to £65,000 | 12-Month FTC | London, 2 to 3 days per week

A major retailer is moving from Dynamics AX to D365 Finance & Operations, Supply Chain Management and Commerce. The implementation partner is already in place, and they need an experienced Business Analyst to work between the business and the delivery teams.

You'll be getting into the detail of how the business operates, understanding existing processes, gathering requirements and making sure the new D365 solution works for the people using it.

The role

• Gather and document business and functional requirements.
• Map existing processes across finance, supply chain and retail operations.
• Work closely with business stakeholders and the D365 implementation partner.
• Identify process improvements and support future-state process design.
• Translate business requirements into clear functional specifications.
• Support data migration, testing, UAT and business readiness.

What you'll bring

• Business Analysis experience on D365 F&O, SCM or Dynamics AX implementations.
• Strong understanding of ERP processes and business transformation.
• Experience with requirements gathering, process mapping and documentation.
• Confidence working with both technical teams and business stakeholders.
• Experience supporting ERP implementations through testing and go-live.
• Retail, supply chain or commerce experience would be beneficial.

They need someone who can get under the skin of the business, ask the right questions and make sure requirements don't get lost between the business and the implementation partner.
