You will own that challenge end to end. You will define the
marketing strategy for each of our three flagship digital and AI
products, drive internal adoption and rollout, build product brands
that carry weight inside and outside Sagility, and prepare the
portfolio for external commercialisation as it moves toward revenue
generation from next year.

Key responsibilities:
Product marketing strategy
- Define a marketing strategy for each of the three "agship digital and AI products, aligned to portfolio priorities set by the VP, Digital & AI.
- Build positioning, messaging frameworks and value propositions for each audience: leadership, operations, frontline users and external buyers.
- Translate product capability into business outcomes that decision-makers act on.
Adoption and rollout
- Own the adoption plan for each product across geographies and business units, in partnership with product, operations and change teams
- Design launch playbooks, enablement material and communication campaigns that move users from awareness to habitual use.
- Track adoption funnels and intervene where uptake stalls.
Product branding
- Create a distinct, credible brand identity for each product within the Sagility master brand.
- Govern naming, visual identity, tone and product storytelling across every touchpoint.
- Build a library of demos, case studies and testimonials that make the products tangible.
Stakeholder management:
- Act as the marketing voice of the portfolio with CXOs, business unit heads, HR, operations and technology leaders
- Run a structured stakeholder engagement plan for each product, with clear owners and cadence.
- Present portfolio progress and value stories to executive leadership and intime to clients
Value realization
- Define and track value metrics for each product, including productivity, cost, quality and experience outcomes.
- Turn value data into proof points that sustain funding, sponsorship and adoption.
- Close the loop with product teams so market and user feedback shapes the roadmap
External go-to-market and revenue
- Partner with sales, solutions and client leadership to generate pipeline and support deal conversion.
- Build the external go-to-market plan as products move to commercial offerings, covering segments, pricing input, packaging and channels
- Lead analyst relations, industry events, thought leadership and digital marketing for the portfolio.
- Build and lead a lean product marketing team as revenue scales.
