Manager / Senior Manager (Associate or Senior Associate), Work & Skills   

We are seeking a talented individual to join our Work & Skills team at Marsh. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office. 

Marsh’s Work & Skills consulting services support clients across public and private sectors to shape the future of work through organisation design, workforce strategy and planning, HR strategy and transformation, and leadership and change adoption. 

You will work across a diverse portfolio of client engagements, managing projects and contributing as part of a collaborative consulting team to deliver high-quality outcomes. 

You will also play an active role in developing client relationships and contributing to the growth of Work & Skills through new opportunities. 

We will count on you to: 

• Lead and support client projects, applying sound project management to deliver outcomes that meet client expectations 

• Connect business strategy with workforce strategy to help clients solve complex organisational challenges 

• Deliver high-quality work that creates value for clients and the team 

• Contribute to Marsh’s thought leadership on the future of work, jobs and skills 

• Use AI and other productivity tools to work efficiently and improve delivery quality 
• Contribute to an inclusive, collaborative and positive team culture

 

What you need to have: 

• Experience in one or more of the following areas: organisation design, workforce planning, HR strategy and transformation 

• Well-developed analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively through ambiguity 

• Project management skills 

• Excellent stakeholder engagement, communication and active listening skills 

• Sense-making skills, with the ability to turn complex information into practical recommendations 

• A willingness to learn and share expertise with others 

• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
