Role summary:The (USA) Journeyman Plumber, Facility Services, plays a vital role in maintaining the safety, functionality, and appearance of facilities by performing routine preventive maintenance and repairs. This position requires diagnosing issues, conducting inspections, and executing both major and minor plumbing repairs while adhering to established safety and quality standards. The role involves coordinating work orders, managing parts and equipment, and responding promptly to emergency calls. Collaboration with management and contractors ensures compliance with regulations and company policies, supporting the continuous operation and improvement of facility services.

What you'll do:
- Perform routine preventive maintenance and repairs on plumbing systems, facilities, and equipment following established schedules and guidelines.
- Inspect, diagnose, and document facility conditions, identifying repair and replacement needs to ensure safety and functionality.
- Utilize hand and power tools to dismantle, repair, and reassemble equipment and fixtures as required.
- Respond promptly to emergency maintenance requests and coordinate with contractors to ensure quality and compliance.
- Manage work orders, maintenance logs, and parts inventory, including ordering and tracking supplies.
- Adhere to safety regulations and company policies to maintain a secure work environment.
- Participate in on-call rotations to support critical facility needs outside regular hours.
What you'll bring:
- Proven experience in plumbing and facility maintenance, including preventive maintenance and repair of equipment and fixtures.
- Ability to diagnose issues using blueprints, repair manuals, and parts catalogs.
- Skilled in operating hand and power tools, hoists, and heavy machinery safely and effectively.
- Knowledge of OSHA and EPA regulations to ensure compliance and safety standards.
- Strong documentation skills for maintenance activities, work orders, and expense tracking.
- Capability to respond promptly to emergency calls and participate in on-call rotations.
- Effective communication and teamwork skills to collaborate with management and contractors.

The hourly wage range for this position is $33.00 - $63.00* *The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location. Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.

Minimum Qualifications...
