What you'll do:
- Perform routine preventive maintenance and repairs on plumbing systems, facilities, equipment, and fixtures to ensure safety and functionality.
- Inspect, diagnose, and troubleshoot issues using blueprints, repair manuals, and parts catalogs.
- Utilize hand and power tools to dismantle, repair, and replace defective parts efficiently.
- Document maintenance activities, work orders, and repair reports accurately.
- Coordinate with contractors and manage maintenance schedules to meet quality and safety standards.
- Respond promptly to emergency calls and support business-critical needs during on-call rotations.
- Comply with OSHA, EPA, and company safety regulations while maintaining a safe work environment.
What you'll bring:
- Proven experience in plumbing and facility maintenance, including preventive maintenance and repair of equipment and fixtures.
- Ability to interpret blueprints, repair manuals, and parts catalogs to diagnose and resolve issues effectively.
- Skilled in operating hand and power tools, hoists, and material handling equipment safely and efficiently.
- Knowledge of OSHA and EPA regulations to ensure compliance with safety and environmental standards.
- Strong documentation skills for maintenance activities, work orders, and expense tracking.
- Capability to respond promptly to emergency calls and participate in on-call rotations.
- Effective communication and teamwork skills to collaborate with managers, contractors, and coworkers.

The hourly wage range for this position is $33.00 - $63.00* *The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location. Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.

Minimum Qualifications...
