The Director of Finance & Corporate Controller serves as the CEO's principal financial and accounting advisor, providing timely, accurate, and actionable financial information to support executive decision-making, operational performance, profitability, and the Company's long-term growth objectives. The successful candidate will be a proactive, results-driven financial leader capable of independently managing day-to-day accounting operations, supervising accounting personnel, identifying financial risks, and providing meaningful financial analysis and strategic recommendations to executive leadership.
This role requires a hands-on working leader who takes ownership of financial operations, ensures the accuracy and integrity of financial reporting, maintains effective internal controls, and continuously improves financial management systems and processes. The individual will also oversee federal government contract accounting and compliance while supporting the Company's continued growth and evolving financial management needs.
