About the Role

We are looking for an execution-focused Senior Social Media Execution Specialist to own the end-to-end publishing, platform setup, and operational delivery across our growing client portfolio.

This is a pure hands-on operational and publishing role—not a high-level strategy, graphic design, or video production position. Creative direction and campaign roadmaps come directly from the internal team and client partners. Your focus is seamless follow-through: taking ready creative assets and ensuring they are published, scheduled, and technical-optimized across multiple platforms without friction. What You’ll Do

• Multi-Account Publishing & Scheduling: Manage day-to-day scheduling and publishing across 7 to 11 active client accounts, keeping releases organized and strictly aligned with client schedules.

• Core Social Media Management (Meta & TikTok): Confidently handle complete day-to-day execution across Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok using established studio SOPs, templates, and publishing workflows.

• Professional Channel Execution (LinkedIn): Set up brand pages from the ground up, format and schedule thought-leadership posts and articles, build and optimize document/PDF carousels, and manage audience newsletter distribution.

• Video Channel Maintenance (YouTube): Manage video and Shorts uploads, apply platform best practices (titles, descriptions, tags, and SEO optimization) to boost Google discoverability, and maintain neat channel layouts.

• Content & Layout Formatting: Pair approved captions with assets, curate cohesive visual feeds, and ensure every link, handle, asset, and tag is accurate prior to publishing.

• Proactive Collaboration & Updates: Keep internal teams, studio partners, and project leads updated on work progress, and immediately raise blockers or ambiguities the moment they arise.

What You Bring

• Strong Multi-Platform Fluency: Proven, hands-on experience managing and executing content across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube. You have comprehensive operational mastery of Meta and TikTok workflows, alongside solid technical know-how in LinkedIn publishing (articles, newsletters, carousels) and YouTube SEO formatting.

• High-Level Professional English Communication: Exceptional written and conversational English skills. You can follow nuanced instructions, answer directly and concisely, and communicate comfortably in Australian business contexts when collaborating with team members and agency partners.

• Execution-First Mindset: Deep satisfaction in hands-on publishing, formatting, and scheduling. You do not need or expect to run brand strategy, graphic design, or video editing—your craft is flawless operational delivery.

• Independent Problem-Solving with SOPs: Comfort following structured workflows for established channels, paired with the initiative to navigate newer platform setups (such as LinkedIn features) cleanly and resourcefully.

• Radical Transparency & Attention to Detail: A habit of double-checking post setups, asking clarifying questions on ambiguous briefs rather than guessing, and flagging delays or blockers well in advance.

• Multi-Account Organizational Bandwidth: Demonstrated track record of juggling multiple brand accounts concurrently without letting deliverables or deadlines slip.

Nice to Have

• Prior experience in a creative studio, digital marketing agency, or design firm supporting Australian or Western brands.

• Familiarity with third-party social scheduling suites and project management tools.
