.Net Developer

Our client is seeking an experienced .Net Developer to design, develop, and maintain complex software solutions while leading projects, mentoring junior team members, and ensuring security and quality standards across the application lifecycle.

Responsibilities & Qualifications

• Develop customized code, perform software integration, conduct analysis, and configure solutions in a .Net environment
• Lead and participate in development, testing, implementation, maintenance, and support of complex applications and systems
• Design, develop, and maintain automated unit testing; support integration and functional testing to ensure solution quality
• Build and maintain security controls, monitoring capabilities, and warranty support for production applications
• Lead moderately complex projects and participate in larger initiatives; oversee the work of a small team
• Solve complex technical and operational problems; automate manual and reusable tasks to improve efficiency
• Act as a technical resource and mentor for less-experienced teammates, providing knowledge transfer to production support teams
• Engage with business stakeholders from the design phase through implementation to ensure solutions meet requirements

Requirements

• 8–10 years of professional software development experience with demonstrated expertise in .Net and object-oriented design
• Strong proficiency in software integration, solution configuration, unit testing, and Agile development methodologies
• Solid knowledge of security controls, monitoring, and best practices for production environments
• Proven ability to solve complex technical and operational problems with strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
• Experience leading or mentoring team members and collaborating across technical and business teams
• Demonstrated ability to deliver high-quality, working software in fast-paced, Agile environments
