About Us

Dr. Pacholec Wellness & Weight Loss is a well-established and reputable wellness, weight loss, and aesthetics practice dedicated to delivering comprehensive treatments in a professional and welcoming environment. We are passionate about helping clients look and feel their best, inside and out. 

We are currently seeking an experienced, confident, and team-oriented Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) with a strong passion for aesthetics and natural-looking results to join our growing team. 

Responsibilities

• Perform cosmetic injectable treatments including neuromodulators (Botox®, etc.), dermal fillers, and biostimulators
• Conduct detailed patient consultations and create customized treatment plans focused on facial balancing and natural-looking outcomes
• Support wellness clients and programs (weight loss, hormone replacement therapy) - will train if necessary
• Educate patients on treatment options, expectations, aftercare, and maintenance plans
• Build strong patient relationships through exceptional care, communication, and follow-up
• Maintain accurate patient documentation and adhere to all clinical safety standards and protocols
• Collaborate with the team to ensure a high level of patient satisfaction
• Perform body contouring treatments as needed (will train)

Qualifications

• Active Florida NP or PA license required
• Minimum of 2 years experience performing cosmetic injectables
• Strong hands-on experience and proficiency with:
  • Neurotoxins
  • Dermal fillers
• Exceptional consultation, communication, and patient education skills
• Comfortable performing treatments independently
• Professional, personable, and team-oriented attitude
• DEA License preferred
