Senior Associate, Commerce, Lebanon

Role summary and impact 

The Senior Associate, Performance Commerce plays a key role in managing and optimizing retail media campaigns across leading e-commerce platforms, driving sales growth and improving advertising performance. Also, independently manage day-to-day campaign operations, take ownership of reporting and optimizations, proactively identify growth opportunities, and support the development of commerce media strategies aligned with clients' business objectives. Has a solid understanding of all biddable commerce platforms  

• Demonstrate a strong understanding of all biddable commerce platforms and independently manage campaign setup, execution, monitoring, and optimization. 

• Implement best-in-class campaign structures and conduct regular optimizations aligned with client KPIs to drive sales growth and improve efficiency. 

• Effectively utilize commerce tools such as Pacvue and Helium 10 to identify opportunities and provide data-driven recommendations. 

• Proactively identify performance challenges and implement corrective actions. 

• Supports account executives with regular optimizations and tips to improve account performance based on clients KPIs. 

• Take full ownership of weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance reporting, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timely delivery. 

• Support the development and implementation of commerce media strategies aligned with client business objectives. 

• Understands and owns the finance process for the client (PO, BO, invoicing) effectively 

• Act as a day-to-day point of contact for client performance queries and campaign-related requests. 

• Weekly, Bi-weekly InTouch with partners to deliver new testing techniques

• 1-3 years of experience within E-commerce, E-retail planning, and Amazon Ads. 

• Good understanding of Search and Display advertising, including media planning, campaign execution, and optimization. 

• Google Ads & Amazon Ads certifications are a plus, Amazon and commerce training certified.  

• Has a strong understanding of eCommerce landscape in MENA and an opinion of this important space. 

• Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.  

• Strong organizational skills and ability to review/update processes/procedures.  

• Good project management skills and works well within a team. 

• Experience in using media measurement and analytics tools.
