To support our growth in France, we are looking for an ambitious and results-driven Inside Sales Representative to join our Paris team of 5 experienced sales professionals. 

This is more than a traditional SDR role! You will combine lead generation, meeting booking, and managing your own sales opportunities from prospecting to closing. 

Depending on your experience and interests, you will focus on Data Privacy or Compliance & Ethics and Third-Party Risk Management.

YOUR IMPACT

As an Inside Sales Representative, you will play a key role in driving EQS Group’s growth in France through four main responsibilities: 

Generate new business opportunities 

• Identify and engage potential customers through outbound prospecting (calls, emails, LinkedIn).
• Qualify inbound and outbound leads and identify key decision-makers.
• Build a strong pipeline of opportunities for our SaaS solutions.

Book qualified meetings for the sales team 

• Conduct initial discovery calls to understand prospects’ needs.
• Schedule qualified meetings and product demonstrations for our Account Executives.
• Ensure effective handovers and follow-ups to maximize conversion.

Own and close small deals 

• Independently manage smaller sales opportunities from first contact to contract signature.
• Conduct discovery calls, product demonstrations, and commercial negotiations.
• Manage your own pipeline and contribute directly to revenue generation.

Collaborate closely with the sales team 

• Work daily with our 5 Paris-based sales professionals to identify target accounts and business opportunities.
• Support prospecting campaigns and strategic account development.
• Collaborate with Marketing to optimize lead generation and commercial performance.

THIS IS YOU

• 1–3 years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or inside sales, ideally in SaaS or technology sales
• Strong prospecting skills and confidence in engaging with decision-makers.
• Commercial mindset, with an interest in managing opportunities and closing deals.
• Proactive, organized, resilient, and results-oriented.
• Team player, eager to learn and develop towards an Account Executive role.
• Familiarity with CRM and sales prospecting tools is a plus.
• Fluent French (C1/C2) and professional English (B2 minimum).
