What You’ll Do:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities by prospecting potential clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their unique advertising needs.
- Create customized advertising solutions that align with clients’ marketing goals.
- Negotiate and close advertising contracts that deliver mutual success.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless campaign execution.
- Monitor ad performance, provide insights, and recommend optimizations.
- Stay ahead of market trends and competitor activities to provide strategic advice.
What We’re Looking For:
- Bilingual (English & Spanish) with excellent communication skills.
- Proven sales experience, preferably in advertising, media, or marketing.
- A go-getter attitude with strong prospecting and networking skills.
- Ability to understand client objectives and develop tailored marketing solutions.
- Skilled in negotiation and closing deals.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.

The company currently owns and operates Regional Mexican, Latin Urban, Latin Pop/Tropical, Spanish Adult Contemporary stations in the Southeast and Austin, TX. The company has a combined reach of over 3 million Hispanics with their coverage in the US. In 2004, NORSAN launched Norsan Media in the Southeast and is based in Charlotte, NC and currently owns over 50 radio stations, 4 TV stations, a weekly regional digital and printed publication, and digital marketing and social media platforms in North Carolina, South Carolina, Florida and Texas.
Norsan Media’s holding company, NORSAN, was founded in 1987 by Norberto Sanchez. He continues to serve as Chairman of the company.
