Summary
The Content Management Specialist is responsible for end-to-end operational management of digital product content for PS Commercial Lifecycle Services, with additional support for Print Lifecycle, Graphics, Consumer, and Poly as required. This role acts as the subject matter expert for “Services” content flow, ensuring seamless integration with downstream systems and tools, enabling New Service Introductions to market globally and support our customers and partners.
The role requires advanced ability to troubleshoot, investigate, and resolve issues related to data flows between multiple systems. Analyze and map data movement, identify root causes of disruptions or inaccuracies, and drive corrective actions across interconnected platforms. Experienced in global collaboration; also proven ability to work independently to resolve moderate scope problems and ensure alignment with business requirements.

Responsibilities
- Oversee and execute all content-related operational activities for PS Commercial Lifecycle Services. Provide expert guidance for additional service lines as needed, ensuring alignment with organizational standards and business objectives.
- Serve as the primary Subject Matter Expert for “Services” digital product content, supporting the flow of information to downstream systems, publishing platforms, and partner tools.
- Demonstrate advanced ability to troubleshoot, investigate, and resolve issues related to data flows between multiple systems. Analyze and map data movement, identify root causes of disruptions or inaccuracies, and drive corrective actions across interconnected platforms.
- Act as the key contact for “Services”-related product content issues, collaborating with technical, business teams, and vendors.
- Troubleshoot, identify root causes, and drive required changes in core content systems until resolution.
- Engage with IT and other technical teams to resolve complex issues, consult on changes to master data, content hierarchies, and translations, and ensure timely and accurate data delivery.
- Ensure all necessary content is loaded into core systems prior to launch. Maintain and update critical documentation.
- Responds to routine issues within established guidelines and ad hoc investigation and problem solving.
- Manage vendor engagement, including SOW, PO, invoice approvals, and budget oversight. Define monthly requests and consult with other teams on best practices.
- Own and manage relationships with vendors, including contract management, audits for data accuracy, and driving changes as needed. Oversee the full lifecycle of vendor SOWs (Statements of Work) and PO (Purchase Order) management, from initiation through approval and reconciliation. Report results and collaborate with account managers.
- Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, and simplification within content operations. Support innovation and knowledge sharing across teams.
- Collaborates across regions, geographies, and global teams.
- Works independently on moderate scope problems, applying professional expertise, exercising judgment, and resolving various issues by following company policies and procedures.
Education and Experience Required:
- Business or technical Bachelor's degree, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.
- Typically has 2-4 years of work experience, preferably in service business management, delivery, solution architecting, business planning, or a related field or an advanced degree with little or no work experience.
Knowledge and Skills Required:
- Medium to high knowledge of IT and services industry.
- Knowledge of company organization and policies, HPS offerings, end to end processes, tools, and routes to market.
- Demonstrated expertise in troubleshooting and investigating data flows across multiple enterprise systems.
- Strong analytical, problem detection and analysis of root cause, and project management skills for resolution.
- Proven experience managing vendor SOWs and PO processes, including budget oversight and invoice approvals.
- Experience managing vendor relationships and processes.
- Ability to collaborate effectively across functions, geographies, and with external partners.
- Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management abilities.
