Join us as our new Global Marketing and Business Development Manager, Fresh Dairy
About the team:
You will join the Fresh Dairy Business Unit, a team of approximately 18 highly engaged and motivated professionals driving the global Fresh Dairy industry strategy and execution. The team collaborates closely across functions to deliver on Novonesis’ GROW strategy and create value for customers worldwide.
In this role you’ll make an impact by:
- Driving long-term strategy and key initiatives for the Fresh Dairy segment, in particular our mesophilic cultures portfolio
- Managing and optimizing a competitive product portfolio, including pricing and positioning
- Enabling commercial success through customer engagement, sales support, and market insights
- Leading the NPD pipeline from roadmap definition to successful product launches and scaling
- Acting as the commercial lead in innovation projects and defining strong value propositions
To succeed you must hold:
- A relevant Master’s degree combining technical and commercial expertise
- Solid experience in B2B product management and portfolio ownership
- Strong knowledge of food & beverage technology, ideally dairy or similar industrial domains
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional collaboration in complex, global environments
- Strong analytical, stakeholder management, and execution capabilities
