What You'll Do
As a Sales Manager in Training, you'll develop both your sales and leadership abilities while working directly alongside experienced sales managers.
- In-Home Sales
- Meet with homeowners during company-provided appointments
- Conduct professional in-home consultations
- Present customized home improvement solutions
- Demonstrate product value, financing options, and promotional offers
- Close high-value residential sales
- Maintain accurate CRM documentation and follow-up
- Leadership Development
- Learn and master our proven in-home sales process
- Participate in advanced leadership and management training
- Shadow experienced Sales Managers during coaching and field development
- Begin mentoring and supporting newer sales representatives
- Learn recruiting, onboarding, and team development strategies
- Develop the skills needed to lead a high-performing sales team
