How will you make an impact
- You will support recruitment activities for operator hiring, including job posting, interview scheduling, and candidate coordination.

Your Background
- You are pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
