Description
Job Responsibilities
Support recruitment activities including candidate sourcing, screening coordination, interview scheduling, and candidate follow-ups.
Update and maintain candidate information and recruitment status in the system.
Support employer branding and talent attraction campaigns across LinkedIn and other platforms.
Coordinate social media publishing according to the company content calendar.
Create basic social media, recruitment, and internal communication content using Canva and AI tools.
Support internal communications, employee engagement activities, company events, and onboarding announcements.
Assist with university engagement, career fairs, and other talent sourcing initiatives.
Support basic recruitment reporting and day-to-day HR and communication activities.
Shift: 9am - 6pm
Location: Battaramulla (Onsite)
Job Requirements
A graduate or an undergraduate in HR or Business Management disciplines (Not compulsory and anyone in another discipline who wishes to build a career in HR is invited to apply).
Good written and spoken English.
Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
Comfortable using social media platforms and digital tools.
Familiarity with Canva, AI content tools, or recruitment platforms would be an advantage.
Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and attention to detail.
A good team player who is flexible and willing to partner change management initiative
