Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Handling physical packing and dispatch activities from our warehouse in Linköping.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with domestic and international customers.
- Manage customer orders and provide timely communication regarding deliveries, pricing, and other customer inquiries.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Purchasing, Engineering, and Project Management to support business and customer projects.
- Actively contribute to logistics planning and operational coordination.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives within customer order management and Trade Compliance processes.
Qualifications
- Experience in customer order management, supply chain, logistics, or customer service.
- Interest in Trade Compliance and willingness to develop expertise in the area.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP/business systems.
- Strong communication skills in Swedish and English, both written and spoken.
- Customer-focused mindset with the ability to build long-term relationships.
- Structured, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
