Description
Position: Content & Marketing Coordinator
Number of hours: 15-20 hours per week
Schedule: Canada Time
Key Responsibilities
Manage and maintain the organic social media calendar across Driverseat locations.
Write, schedule, and publish engaging content across relevant social media platforms.
Coordinate the creation and collection of photos, videos, graphics, and other marketing assets.
Support marketing campaigns, email initiatives, and local marketing activities.
Manage community engagement by responding to comments, messages, and audience interactions.
Monitor and track organic content performance and engagement metrics.
Maintain organized marketing calendars, content schedules, assets, and deliverables.
Ensure all content remains consistent with Driverseat's brand guidelines and messaging.
Coordinate multiple locations, campaigns, and priorities while ensuring deadlines are met.
Requirements
Proven experience in content marketing, social media management, or a similar role.
Strong copywriting skills with the ability to create engaging, platform-appropriate content.
Hands-on experience managing organic social media channels and content calendars.
Excellent organizational skills with strong follow-through and attention to detail.
Ability to turn strategic direction into complete, ready-to-publish content.
Strong understanding of brand consistency and content quality.
Experience managing multiple locations, campaigns, or competing priorities.
Familiarity with Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
Experience using Meta Business Suite, Canva, social media scheduling platforms, and HubSpot is preferred.
Familiarity with email marketing and short-form video content.
Ability to work independently, manage deadlines, and coordinate multiple marketing activities effectively.
