Job Description:
Role Summary:
The Analyst, Analytics & Data Products will report to OneOncology’s Director, Analytics & Data Products. This role will support OneOncology’s real world data, precision medicine, and life sciences data initiatives. This role will partner with OneOncology’s life sciences and clinical teams to leverage OneOncology’s data assets to deliver high-quality, evidence and insights to our strategic partners
Responsibilities:
Performing analyses on large data sets for real-world data project deliverables
Communicating key findings and insights derived from data deliverables
Creating dashboards to provide users with insight on clinical disease areas
Building relationships with internal and external teams leveraging OneOncology’s data assets and capabilities
Additional responsibilities as assigned to help drive our mission of improving the lives of everyone living with cancer.
Required/Preferred Qualifications:
An analytical mindset and the determination to find pragmatic solutions
Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
Proficiency in SQL a plus; desire to learn SQL a must
Familiarity with PowerBI or other data visualization tools a plus
Familiarity with / working knowledge of the healthcare industry
Essential Competencies:
Bachelor’s degree
0-3 years’ work experience; experience working for a consulting firm, health insurer, healthcare provider organization, or other similar organization a plus
Genuine interest in learning about and working in the oncology space
