Description
The Performance Data & Analytics team sits at the intersection of data quality and business intelligence — where the numbers behind Credigy's portfolio investments are validated, organized, and transformed into something our teams can actually act on. As an Analyst on this team, you'll work directly with portfolio managers to ensure the data flowing in from sellers, servicers, and vendors is accurate, well-categorized, and properly stored. This is detail-oriented work with real business stakes, and it's a role that opens doors — offering a clear path into portfolio management and revenue management as you grow. If you're analytically sharp, eager to develop your technical skills, and ready to do work that matters from day one, we'd love to meet you.
Please note that we are unable to provide visa sponsorship for this role. Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States now and in the future without employer sponsorship.
About the Role
As an Analyst on the Performance Data & Analytics team, you'll play a central role in making sure Credigy's portfolio data is reliable and ready for decision-making. You'll collaborate closely with the Business Operations team to understand servicer data across multiple portfolios, and partner with Senior BI/SQL Developers to learn data warehouse best practices and implement them in your work. Success in this role means bringing both a process-oriented mindset and a genuine curiosity about the business — understanding not just the data, but what it represents.
Key Responsibilities
- Validate data received from sellers, servicers, and other vendors to ensure accuracy, completeness, and correct categorization across multiple portfolios.
- Partner with the Business Operations team to develop a deep understanding of servicer data and portfolio characteristics.
- Build ad-hoc queries and reports from scratch to support business needs and answer analytical questions as they arise.
- Collaborate with Senior BI/SQL Developers to learn and apply data warehouse methodology and best practices.
- Identify opportunities to improve existing data processes and implement solutions that increase efficiency and reliability.
- Contribute to nonrecurring special projects as requested by leadership.
What We're Looking For
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Management Information Systems, or a comparable quantitative field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Working knowledge of SQL for simple to medium-complexity queries.
- Experience with Tableau and Snowflake in a professional setting.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a process-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and manage competing priorities effectively.
- Eagerness to learn the business and develop technical skills over time.
Preferred:
- Familiarity with portfolio management or revenue management concepts.
- Experience working with third-party servicer or vendor data.
- Demonstrated ability to build reports or dashboards from scratch in a prior role or academic setting.
The Credigy Experience
Credigy offers a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, and vision coverage through Cigna — with Credigy covering a significant portion of premiums — plus STD, LTD, and basic life insurance at no cost to you. You'll also have access to a 401(k) with company match, generous PTO, paid parental leave, volunteer time off through Credigy Cares, and a range of workplace perks designed to support how you work best — from a thoughtfully equipped office environment to the technology and tools that help you do your best work. Beyond the benefits, you'll join a team recognized year-over-year as a Top Workplace nationally and in Atlanta, with a personalized Flex Werk program, real opportunities for career growth, and a culture built around people who are bold, curious, and supportive.
A Note to Applicants
If this role excites you but you don't check every box, we encourage you to apply. We value curiosity, a willingness to learn, and a collaborative spirit just as much as direct experience.
