What you'll do:
- Define and manage goals, stage gates, and key deliverables for large-scale, multi-program initiatives with complex dependencies and resource constraints.
- Lead end-to-end technical solution design, ensuring alignment with business objectives and system scalability.
- Identify and resolve program risks, ambiguities, and conflicting priorities to maintain progress and delivery quality.
- Drive process improvements, automation, and standardization to enhance program efficiency and engineering velocity.
- Engage and influence stakeholders to secure commitments, align priorities, and communicate program status effectively.
- Mentor team members on best practices in program management, technical design, and problem-solving.
- Monitor program performance, manage budgets, and optimize resource allocation to achieve business outcomes.
What you'll bring:
- Proven expertise in managing large-scale, complex technical programs with multiple dependencies and cross-functional teams.
- Strong knowledge of program management tools, frameworks, and methodologies to define goals, critical paths, and deliverables.
- Ability to lead end-to-end system solution design, including software, hardware, cloud infrastructure, and security considerations.
- Experience driving process improvements, automation, and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance team efficiency.
- Skilled in stakeholder engagement, communication, and conflict resolution to align priorities and secure buy-in.
- Proficient in risk management, issue mitigation, and dynamic roadmap adjustments to ensure program success.
- Analytical mindset with data-driven decision-making and problem-solving capabilities.
