What you'll do:
- Define and manage large-scale program goals, stage gates, and key deliverables across multiple teams and timelines.
- Lead end-to-end design, ensuring alignment with business objectives and system scalability.
- Identify and resolve cross-functional dependencies, risks, and ambiguities to maintain program momentum.
- Drive process improvements and automation to enhance engineering efficiency and delivery velocity.
- Engage stakeholders to secure alignment, communicate progress, and facilitate decision-making.
- Monitor program performance, manage budgets, and adjust plans to achieve desired outcomes.
- Mentor team members on best practices in program management, technical design, and communication.
What you'll bring:
- Extensive experience in program and project management, including planning, risk mitigation, and resource alignment for large-scale technical initiatives.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams, manage stakeholder engagement, and drive consensus across complex programs.
- Strong technical expertise in system design, cloud infrastructure, software lifecycle, and emerging technologies.
- Proficiency in data analysis and fact-based decision-making to define success metrics and optimize program outcomes.
- Excellent communication skills to influence, align, and mentor teams and stakeholders effectively.
- Demonstrated capability to implement process improvements and automation to enhance operational efficiency.

Bellevue, Washington US-11663: The annual salary range for this position is $156,000.00 - $312,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
