Location: Nava Nakorn Industrial Estate, Ayutthaya/Pathum Thani, Thailand
 

Purpose: Oversee all technical operations including mechanical, electrical, and critical systems, ensuring maximum uptime, reliability, and performance of data center infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage technical team including electrical, mechanical, and specialist engineers
• Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance programs
• Lead technical troubleshooting and root cause analysis
• Develop and maintain technical SOPs and work instructions
• Plan and execute system upgrades and modifications
• Ensure adherence to change management procedures
• Coordinate with clients on technical requirements and incidents
• Manage capacity planning and infrastructure optimization
• Oversee commissioning of new equipment and systems
• Maintain technical documentation and as-built drawings
• Drive technical innovation and continuous improvement initiatives

Job Specification

Education:

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical Engineering, or related technical field
• Master's degree preferred

Experience:

• Minimum 8 years in technical operations, with at least 4 years in supervisory role
• Extensive data center or mission-critical facility experience required
• Experience with UPS, cooling systems, generators, and BMS

Skills & Competencies:

• Deep technical knowledge of data center infrastructure
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities
• Project management capabilities
• Understanding of ITIL and change management processes
• Proficiency in CMMS and technical documentation systems

Certifications (Preferred):

• Certified Data Centre Professional (CDCP)
• PMP or equivalent project management certification

Language:

• Fluent in Thai and English
