Our Mission
Our mission is to SAVE AND IMPROVE LIVES BY EMPOWERING HEALTHCARE CONSUMERS. Come be part of remarkable.
Overview
We are CONNECTING HEALTH AND WEALTH. Come be part of remarkable.
How you can make a difference
HealthEquity Marketplace is a managed affiliate marketplace for health and wellness that helps our members get more health and healthcare per dollar. Our telehealth programs are our cornerstone offerings, bringing our members solutions that serve care areas in metabolic, men and women's health, hormone therapy, skincare and more.
We are seeking a Senior Product Manager, Digital Health Programs to be our digital health visionary. This role builds, scales, and owns this offering end to end, including the member experience across every program, whether that experience is delivered through a white label build or a third party platform. This person will run and curate a portfolio that blends white label telehealth experiences with branded partnerships, and will hold the product vision, partner relationship, and business outcomes for each program: subscribers, revenue, and churn.
Because programs are executed through partners rather than built in house, this person decides, program by program, whether a white label or third party experience best serves the member and the outcome, and holds the partner accountable to deliver against that decision.
What you will be doing
Portfolio strategy and vision
- Set the strategic vision for HealthEquity's digital health category, positioning it as the cornerstone of Marketplace impact.
- Own the end to end member experience across the digital health portfolio, including where experience is executed through partners.
- Define the mix of white label and branded programs across care areas and where each model fits.
- Set targets for subscribers, revenue, and churn by program, and own the plan to hit them.
Partner and merchant ownership
- Own the end to end merchant relationship for every partner in the digital health portfolio.
- Source, evaluate, and onboard new partners, and manage renewal, expansion, and renegotiation of existing ones.
- Hold partners accountable to volume, quality, and service level commitments, and manage the partnership through underperformance, escalation, or exit when needed.
- Bring heavy hands on influence to the white label partner experience, shaping intake, prescribing flow, refill and adherence journeys, and support touchpoints so they meet your high UX standards.
Performance ownership Subscriber, revenue, and churn ownership
- Own the P&L level outcomes for the digital health portfolio: subscriber growth, revenue, margin, and churn.
- Build and maintain the unit economics and churn models that inform pricing, promotion, and partner terms.
- Diagnose churn and retention issues by program and cohort, and drive the fixes, whether product, partner, or offer.
Merchandising and demand generation
- Decide what gets highlighted across the digital health category: which programs, which offers, and in what order.
- Drive copy and creative that reflects the offer accurately and converts, working directly with brand and content teams.
- Run the promotion calendar and strategy for the category, including launches, seasonal pushes, and offer testing.
- Partner with demand generation and CRM teams to drive awareness and conversion into the right program for each member.
Cross functional leadership
- Work closely with Compliance and Legal on eligibility, licensing, and clinical program requirements across states and categories.
- Partner with Engineering and Design on the white label experience and any custom UX needed to differentiate the offering.
- Represent the digital health category to Marketplace and HealthEquity leadership, including performance reviews and investment cases for new categories or partners.
What you will need to be successful
- 6+ years of experience in cash-pay clinical ecommerce or DTC healthcare with ownership of related revenue, subscribers, or retention.
- Experience managing telehealth, pharmacy, or clinical partner relationships, including white label or platform models.
- Working knowledge of subscription unit economics: patient starts, retention, LTV, CAC, and payback.
- Experience running merchandising or promotion strategy in an ecommerce or DTC setting, including copy and creative decisions.
- Strong partner and merchant management skills.
- Comfort operating with significant ambiguity in a 0 to 1 to scale environment.
Preferred qualifications
- Experience in metabolic, weight loss, women's health, men's health, skincare, or lifestyle categories.
- Familiarity with HSA/FSAs and employer benefit programs.
