We are looking for a Pega Developer to join our Software & Platform Engineering team, contributing to the design, development, and implementation of business process management and workflow automation solutions using the Pega platform. Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and deploy applications using the Pega Platform.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to analyze requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
- Configure workflows, case management processes, business rules, and integrations with enterprise applications.
- Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle, including design, development, testing, deployment, and support.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and optimize application performance.
- Ensure adherence to development standards, quality guidelines, and security best practices.
- Work in Agile teams to deliver high-quality solutions that meet business objectives.
Basic Qualifications
- Experience working with Pega Platform development.
- Understanding of BPM, workflow automation, and case management concepts.
- Experience integrating applications through REST and SOAP services.
- Knowledge of relational databases and SQL.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.
- Professional proficiency in English.
Preferred Qualifications
- Pega certifications such as CSA or CSSA.
- Experience working in Agile delivery environments.
- Knowledge of cloud technologies and modern application architectures.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience delivering enterprise-scale digital transformation projects.
