Job Summary
• This role is responsible for driving business strategy for materials and distribution, developing strategic initiatives related to suppliers and contract manufacturers, and owning complex projects that impact overall strategy. The role identifies and implements high-level improvements in undocumented areas while ensuring compliance and error-free operations to support business initiatives. The role leads large cross-functional projects, makes decisions with a global impact, and manages high-value vendors with regional or global reach.
Responsibilities
• Drives business strategy and develops new strategic initiatives around suppliers and contract manufacturers.
• Owns complex programs that impact strategy at-large, and monitors performance of partnerships.
• Identifies and owns high-level improvement in undocumented areas and defines future solutions.
• Owns compliance and error-free operations in order to drive business initiatives.
• Leads large, cross-functional projects, makes decisions that impact regional and or worldwide operations, and follows-through with implementation.
• Leads all elements of high-value projects and contributes to defining business requirements in support of contracts of medium to high complexity, as well as holds supplier performance meetings and reports monthly supplier performance packages.
• Identifies and performs materials-related aspects of new production lines, determines equipment needs and utilization, defines storage and material handling requirements, and integrates and aligns physical processes with systematic processes.
• Provides strategic vendor management support by managing external relationships at either a regional or global level.
• Provides guidance, mentoring, and training to individual contributors in lower-level roles, and contributes to their growth in the organization.
Education & Experience Recommended
• Four-year or Graduate Degree in Supply Chain Management, Manufacturing Engineering, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.
• Typically has 10+ years of work experience, preferably in procurement, supply chain, or a related field.

Salary
The pay range for this role is $93,400 to $135,400 USD annually with additional
opportunities for pay in the form of bonus and/or equity (applies to United
States of America candidates only). Pay varies by work location, job-related
knowledge, skills, and experience.
