As an Engineer, R&D Software Engineering based on-site in Ankara, Türkiye, you will design, develop, test, and support software that contributes to Clario products and the technology behind better clinical evidence. Working within an agile development environment, you will take ownership of software deliverables, collaborate across engineering and quality teams, and contribute to both product architecture and the continuous improvement of our development processes. What You’ll Be Doing
Design, develop, code, test, debug, implement, and support software across multiple platforms, taking responsibility for multiple deliverables within your area of specialization.
Plan and complete phases of software development projects in collaboration with engineering leadership, while contributing to larger initiatives and solving complex technical problems with the team.
Contribute to product architecture and software development practices, applying sound engineering principles and common software design patterns.
Conduct code reviews to maintain software quality, share knowledge, and support continuous learning across the development team.
Collaborate with Software Quality Engineering to build software that supports effective test automation and distributes integration responsibilities throughout the development lifecycle.
Provide application and beta support for Clario products and collaborate with other functions across the organization as needed.
What We Look For
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
At least 3 years of relevant technical experience in software engineering or software development.
Proven experience using source code management tools and work item tracking systems.
Knowledge of software engineering frameworks and methodologies, common software patterns, unit testing, and supporting design patterns.
Basic knowledge of risk management techniques and the ability to apply structured approaches to software development.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to communicate effectively in English and collaborate across teams.
Ability to work on-site in Ankara, Türkiye.
Knowledge of agile development processes is an advantage, as is familiarity with DevOps practices and cloud-based software solutions.
