Minimum Qualifications
◾ Education
Baccalaureate degree in marketing, public relations or business-related field or three to five years of marketing experience required.

Essential Functions
1. Leads marketing, advertising, and public relations functions for assigned service lines, departments, clinics, and projects, ensuring implementation of respective marketing and communication plans.
2. Coordinates and implements successful events, including community engagement activities and health system initiatives, ensuring all necessary documentation and logistics are completed accurately and timely.
3. Develops and maintains a comprehensive event calendar, including community and employee events, promoting active participation by leadership and staff.
4. Serves as a web content expert for gphealth.org and manages corporate social media accounts, ensuring information is current, accurate, and engaging
5. Ensures effective and timely promotion of new physicians and health system services to maximize marketing opportunities and participation.
6. Builds and maintains positive relationships with physicians, directors, employees, and community leaders, serving as a positive ambassador for Great Plains Health.
7. Stays current with trends, innovations, issues, and best practices in marketing, public relations, and the healthcare industry.
8. Identifies and coordinates Great Plains Health's involvement in key community events, advancing the organization's wellness message through various initiatives.
9. Leads special projects as assigned and aids in the success of all Great Plains Health events.
