This role contributes to Starbucks success by building, implementing, and leading global coffee programs and experiences. This role will manage Coffee Workshop 9 operations, critical coffee events, and spokesperson support while bringing strong program management, facilitation, and operational discipline to a highly visible coffee learning environment.

As a Global Coffee Education & Experiences Consultant, you will:

• Lead Coffee Workshop 9 operations. Manage day-to-day rhythm, readiness, scheduling, partner experiences, vendors, resources, and processes that keep Coffee Workshop 9 operating efficiently and safely.
• Deliver high-impact coffee events and experiences. Plan and facilitate interactive coffee experiences for internal and external audiences, translating business needs into engaging, precisely timed programs.
• Support spokesperson and coffee storytelling work. Represent the team through video, media, and other public-facing engagements, delivering clear, accurate, and compelling coffee stories.
• Drive strong program execution. Manage multiple projects, timelines, budgets, risks, and cross-functional dependencies; surface issues early and maintain clear roles and responsibilities.
• Build scalable ways of working. Improve intake, vendor, resource, safety, and operating processes using feedback, data, and partner insights.

We'd love to hear from people with:

• High school diploma/GED, U.S. military service, or equivalent.
• Demonstrated experience in coffee, retail or field operations, event or experience management, education, or facilitation.
• Strong project and program management skills, including the ability to manage competing priorities and deliver against deadlines.
• Strong written, verbal, and facilitation skills, with confidence supporting a range of audiences and senior leaders.
• Ability to build trusted cross-functional partnerships and work effectively in a dynamic, matrixed environment.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds and be on your feet for up to eight hours per day.
• Ability to travel, including internationally, up to 50% of the time.
• Starbucks Coffee Master with coffee knowledge and experience developing or delivering engaging coffee experiences strongly preferred.

*If you are working in CA, CO, IL, LA, ME, MA, NE, ND or RI, you will accrue vacation up to a maximum of 120 hours (190 in CA) for roles below director and 200 hours (316 in CA) for roles at director or above. For roles in other states, you will be granted vacation time starting at 120 hours annually for roles below director and 200 hours annually for roles director and above.

The actual base pay offered to the successful candidate will be based on multiple factors, including but not limited to job-related knowledge/skills, experience, geographical location, and internal equity. At Starbucks, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at the high end of the range for their role, and compensation decisions are dependent upon the facts and circumstances of each position and candidate.
