Summary:
As an Application Support Engineer, a typical day involves acting as a software detective by investigating and resolving issues across various components of essential business systems. This role requires a proactive approach to monitoring system performance, diagnosing problems, and ensuring the smooth operation of critical applications. The position demands continuous engagement with multiple teams to understand system behaviors and deliver timely solutions that maintain business continuity and enhance system reliability.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather information and troubleshoot complex system issues.
- Document findings and resolutions to build a knowledge base for future reference.
- Assist in the implementation of system updates and patches to improve application stability.
- Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on problem-solving techniques.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Azure Architecture.
- Experience with cloud infrastructure design and deployment within Microsoft Azure environments.
- Strong understanding of system monitoring and incident management processes.
- Ability to analyze logs and diagnostic data to identify root causes of application issues.
- Familiarity with automation tools and scripting to streamline support tasks.
- Knowledge of security best practices and compliance requirements in cloud architectures.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Microsoft Azure Architecture.
- This position is based at our Chennai office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
