Scapia is on a mission to make travel happen for people by turning everyday spending into travel rewards. We're a team of passionate people who collaborate, debate, and don't stop until we're proud of the work - based in Bangalore, fully in-office.
In your role: You'll be a senior voice on Scapia's design team - setting the visual direction across our platforms, working closely with designers, and contributing to strategy conversations.
What you'll do:
- Set visual direction and raise the bar on design quality across the team
- Partner with marketing, content, and business stakeholders to shape briefs and campaigns — not just execute them
- Design compelling graphics for marketing and brand platforms
- Bring a strategic point of view to campaign planning
- Manage multiple projects, balancing quality with fast delivery
What you'll bring:
- 5+ years in visual/graphic design
- Strong Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator skills; After Effects/Rive a plus
- Strong communication - comfortable pushing back and translating business goals into design decisions
- A genuine passion for travel
