What will you do?

  • Estimate, analyze, design, build, unit test, conduct technical code reviews, support QA, implement, schedule jobs, and coordinate post-implementation support with appropriate documentation of medium to high complexity programs following standard RBC processes.
  • Provide consulting services on initiatives and proposals (small to large size and complexity).
  • Assess, research, and analyze business and system needs, exploring alternative options to recommend and implement technology solutions that meet sponsor needs.
  • Lead small to large projects identifying, tracking, and resolving technical issues.
  • Communicate and coordinate with internal service groups (Offshore team, Production Support, DBA, Architecture, Security, etc.) and external stakeholders.
  • Organize and participate in walkthroughs and reviews of technical specifications, programs, and unit test plans.
  • Facilitate small to large group meetings for technical design, decision making, problem solving, and task implementation.

Must-have

  • Ability to design and implement SAP Fiori/UI5 applications with Fiori Launchpad configuration, tile management, and expertise in UI5 controls, data binding, routing, and component-based architecture.
  • Working knowledge of SAP BTP architecture, Cloud Foundry runtime, SAP Integration Suite, security and authentication mechanisms (XSUAA, Identity Authentication Service), and side-by-side extensibility patterns.
  • Ability to create and manage OData services (v2 and v4), experience with SAP Gateway and CAP, RESTful API design, and SAP Web Services (SOAP/RFC) for enterprise integration.
  • Knowledge of SAP HR/HCM modules (Payroll, Benefits, Compensation, Time Management), HR infotype, Personnel Administration, Organizational Management, and HR-specific interfaces (ESS, MSS)
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with excellent communication and teamwork; agile mindset experienced in iterative and waterfall methodologies across distributed teams.

Nice-to-have

  • Proficiency in generative AI tools for ABAP/BTP development, AI-assisted code generation and documentation, and SAP AI Business Services for intelligent automation.
  • SAP HANA database design, optimization, SAP Process Orchestration expertise

and SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) integration

  • CI/CD pipeline experience for ABAP and BTP deployments (gCTS, SAP BTP CI/CD service)
  • Working knowledge of Python for scripting, automation, and integration tasks

What's in it for you?

  • A comprehensive Total Rewards Program including bonuses and flexible benefits, competitive compensation
  • Leaders who support your development through coaching and managing opportunities
  • Ability to make a difference and lasting impact
  • Work in a dynamic, collaborative, progressive, and high-performing team
  • A world-class training program in financial services
