Job Profile Summary
A Maintenance Worker is responsible for the upkeep and repair of facilities, equipment, and grounds. They perform a wide range of tasks to ensure safe and efficient operation of buildings and systems.
Job Description
· Directly reports to Maintenance Manager
· Follow established safety protocols and maintenance procedures while using problem-solving skills for unique situations
· Manage inventory of maintenance supplies and tools, reporting needs to supervisors
· Contribute to the longevity and optimal functioning of building systems and equipment
· Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes
Requirements
Experience
· 1-2 years of experience in facility maintenance or related field (beneficial)
Education
· High school diploma or equivalent required
Technical Knowledge:
· Proficiency in using hand and power tools
· Knowledge of safety procedures and regulations
