Your Responsibilities
- Lead large-scale SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud transformation programmes across Finance, Logistics and end-to-end business processes.
- Act as a trusted advisor to executive stakeholders, shaping cloud roadmaps, operating models and transformation strategies.
- Own senior client relationships and identify opportunities to expand and develop key accounts.
- Lead, develop and mentor high-performing project teams, including Managers and Consultants.
- Ensure successful programme delivery, commercial performance, quality and client satisfaction.
- Drive innovative client offerings around SAP Business AI, SAP Joule, embedded AI, intelligent automation and data-driven transformation.
- Lead proposal development, presentations and business-development activities in close collaboration with senior leadership.
Your Profile
- Fluent German and English, with the ability to influence and advise C-level stakeholders.
- Extensive SAP consulting experience, ideally in Finance, Logistics or large-scale S/4HANA transformation programmes.
- Proven success leading complex SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud implementations or transformation workstreams.
- Demonstrable experience in programme leadership, people development and senior stakeholder management.
- Strong commercial acumen, including account development, proposal leadership and responsibility for project financials.
- A forward-looking mindset with genuine enthusiasm for SAP Business AI, SAP Joule and cloud-led transformation.
