SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud Team Lead

Take a leading role in SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition transformation projects as a Team Lead. You will be responsible for guiding consulting teams, ensuring successful project delivery, developing innovative solution approaches, and supporting business growth through your SAP expertise and leadership.

As a Team Lead, you will combine strong SAP S/4HANA Cloud knowledge with people management skills, acting as a trusted advisor for customers while mentoring consultants and driving the continuous development of the team.

Your Responsibilities

• Lead SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition implementation projects and ensure successful delivery from design through go-live.
• Manage and mentor a team of SAP consultants, supporting their professional development and knowledge growth.
• Act as a senior point of contact for customers, providing strategic guidance on digital transformation and business process optimisation.
• Define solution strategies and ensure best-practice SAP S/4HANA Cloud approaches are applied across projects.
• Support business development activities, including pre-sales, solution design, proposal creation, tenders, and customer presentations.
• Drive innovation and contribute to the growth of the SAP S/4HANA Cloud practice.
• Develop expertise within the team by promoting knowledge sharing, coaching, and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to optimise delivery methodologies, project quality, and customer satisfaction.

Your Experience

• Completed university degree in business administration, economics, business engineering, information technology, or a comparable qualification.
• Several years of consulting experience with SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition implementations.
• Strong functional expertise in at least one SAP S/4HANA Cloud area, such as Finance, Controlling, Logistics, Professional Services, or Project Management.
• Proven experience leading consulting teams or acting as a project lead.
• Strong understanding of SAP cloud technologies and integration capabilities, including SAP Business Technology Platform.
• Experience supporting pre-sales activities, solution design, and customer engagement.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to inspire teams and build trusted customer relationships.
• Willingness to travel occasionally depending on project requirements.
