Responsibilities:
- Safely operate a variety of trucks, including dump trucks, roll-off trucks, and forklifts.
- Load and unload materials or equipment onto trucks.
- Transport goods and materials to designated locations.
- Follow assigned routes and schedules for timely deliveries.
- Inspect vehicles for mechanical issues and perform basic maintenance tasks.
- Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations while driving.
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries, mileage, and fuel usage.
Qualifications:
- Valid commercial driver's license (CDL) with appropriate endorsements.
- Previous experience as a truck driver or in a similar role (Manual Experience a plus).
- Ability to operate heavy equipment, such as forklifts.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures for truck driving.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks as required.
