Sr. Marketing Manager F&B

The role

The Sr. Markeing Manager - F&B - North/Benelux has a double hatted responsibility, being the marketing lead for the Netherlands and Belgium as well as leading the marketing managers for UKI, North and France (coach/player principle). Combined this is a cluster with a lot of large customers representation across all segments.

The North/Benelux Lead must be able to think beyond traditional cleaning and sanitation programs and understand how customers operate across the full production environment. The role requires the ability to develop integrated customer value propositions that connect:

• Cleaning and sanitation performance
• Process water optimization
• Wastewater treatment and discharge management
• Water reuse and sustainability initiatives
• Energy efficiency and operational productivity
• Food safety, quality, and compliance outcomes
• Digital monitoring and performance optimization

The successful candidate will be able to engage customers at both operational and strategic levels, helping position FBU as a partner that improves the overall performance and sustainability of food and beverage manufacturing operations.

Responsibilities

Growth & Commercial Impact

• Identify growth opportunities, white-space opportunities, and market trends within the cluster.
• Drive demand generation and pipeline creation initiatives in partnership with sales teams.
• Support commercial planning, pricing initiatives, strategic account programs, and new solution launches.
• Monitor business performance and marketing ROI across markets.

Customer & Market Engagement

• Deeply understand customer needs, industry trends, regulatory developments, and competitive dynamics.
• Partner with Corporate Accounts and field sales teams to support strategic customers and key growth initiatives such as ABM.
• Represent the voice of the customer in European marketing planning processes.

Portfolio & Innovation Execution

• Lead deployment of Global and European innovation programs, strategic campaigns, and digital solutions.
• Collaborate with Segment Marketing and Global teams to adapt value propositions and content for local markets.

Experience

• Experience working within matrix organizations and cross-functional environments in a B2B context
