The Sales Support Specialist will support the Sales team with essential order entry and order validation functions on whole goods and aftermarket sales. This role also serves as liaison between customers and the company in providing information concerning order specification details and orders of accounts. The Sales Support Specialist is a key contributor to the Sales process by collaborating cross functionally throughout the organization.
YOUR IMPACT
These duties are not meant to be all-inclusive and other duties may be assigned.
Provide administrative and research support for sales of IMT products including but not limited to the order entry and validation processes.
Communicate consistently with customer and internal departments to clarify details regarding orders. Provide information concerning product specifications, scheduling, quality, pricing, and other requests.
Assist the company with analysis of problems, evaluate customer requirements and coordinate corrective action as needed.
Perform weekly plus monthly reporting and analysis to ensure data integrity in the system and support efficient order throughput.
Conduct chassis audits and recall program notifications as well as coordinate chassis MSOs as needed.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Associate degree with three (3) or more years of administrative work experience OR an equivalent combination of education and experience.
STANDOUT QUALIFICATIONS:
Strong verbal presentation and written communication skills.
Excellent time management and organizational skills.
The ability to communicate effectively, deal diplomatically with customers and internal team, work independently, prioritize and manage numerous tasks and/or projects.
Strong computer skills including working knowledge of Microsoft Office products and ERP systems.

Pay Range:
$57,600.00 - $90,400.00The above pay range reflects the minimum and maximum target pay for the position across all U.S. locations. Within this range, individual pay is determined by various factors, including the scope and responsibilities of the role, the candidate's experience, education and skills, as well as the equity of pay among team members in similar positions.
