The Sales Support Specialist is responsible for coordinating operational support for the KZ & CCA region by managing market readiness and compliance requirements, overseeing export logistics, driving KPI reporting and analysis, and providing data-driven business insights to support demand planning and operational performance.
Your role:
Sales & Operational support
- Work closely with the VAS specialist to ensure all products for the customer region comply with certification, labeling, stickering, DFU (Directions for Use), and other requirements
- Prepare VAS requirements for new clients and markets, including specification alignment and delivery timelines
- Serve as the point of contact between KZ&CCA and CEE regions, providing actionable data analysis to support business cases and justify demand plans using data-driven methods
- Oversee shipments to partners in Kazakhstan and CCA region.
- Create an aligned short term demand plan on Customer Planning Groups, by using/improving the baseline forecast and enriching it with all relevant input from Sales, Customers via Customer collaborative forecast, Marketing
- Consolidate sales data, marketing inputs, and consumer insights to enable data-driven decision-making
- Timely delivery of relevant information and forecasts, while developing strategies to mitigate risks related to demand fluctuations
- Collaborate cross-functionally to prepare accurate forecasts, monitor significant changes in sales forecasts, budgets, and business strategies
- Collect input for phase-in/out & promotions short and long term and use it in the enrichment process and be the gate keeper on feasibility from a supply chain capability perspective
- Continuously improve the S&OP process (Sales & Operations Planning), facilitate and lead monthly ARM/DRM (Activity Review Meetings/Demand Review Meetings)
- Support all relevant functions in preparing and revising forecast for Sales Review Meeting; evaluate plans from local KAMs
- Analyze and interpret data to provide actionable recommendations for optimizing planning processes.
KPI Management, Reporting & Analysis:
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) such as Forecast Accuracy, Customer Satisfaction Level, Fill Rate, BIAS, Aging & Excess Stock, End Year stock level, and others
- Regular follow-up on major contributors & outliers and develop and implement corrective actions to improve KPIs and overall process efficiency
- Own and support reporting activities, including the preparation, maintenance, backup coverage, and stakeholder coordination for key operational reports (ATP, LEAN, and PDCA)
- Conduct Stock Control analysis to flag any inconsistencies in allocations
You're the right fit if you have following:
Experience
- You have hands-on experience in supply chain, demand planning, or S&OP/S&OE processes, ideally within an international or multi-market environment.
- You've worked with export logistics and international shipments
- You've facilitated or participated in cross-functional planning meetings such as ARM/DRM (Activity/Demand Review Meetings) and collaborated with Sales, Marketing, and Key Account Managers.
Skills
- Strong data analysis & forecasting skills
- Proficiency in planning systems (e.g., JDA / advanced planning tools) and advanced Excel / reporting
- Regulatory & compliance awareness for export markets

Education & Language skills:
- A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Economics, Data Analytics, or a related field
- Language skills: fluent in Russian language and strong English

Compensation & benefits
Doing meaningful work should come with fair, transparent rewards. The base salary range for this role is 440 000-586 666. CZK gross. We determine pay within the range using objective factors, like the skills the role requires, your relevant experience and the responsibility you'll have in this role, alongside internal equity and local market considerations.
This role is eligible for Short Term Incentive with your rewards linked to KPI and results. We’ll share the full approach with you during the interview process, so you can make a clear, informed decision.
How we work together
We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.
