Make your mark at one of the biggest names in payments. We’re looking for a Sales Support Specialist to join our ever evolving Sales Support team within Global Payments Europe and help shape the future of global commerce.

What you’ll own

• Provide administrative and operational support to the sales organization, ensuring efficient day-to-day processes and customer service delivery
• Manage customer orders, contracts, quotations, and sales documentation, ensuring accuracy and timely processing
• Coordinate with Logistics, Finance, Operations, and other internal teams to support order fulfillment and resolve customer inquiries
• Maintain sales reporting, forecasting, and pipeline tracking data to support business decision-making
• Contribute to process improvement initiatives while ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures, and documentation standards

What you’ll bring

• 2–5 years of experience in sales support, sales operations, customer service, or back-office administration
• Experience working in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment and supporting commercial teams
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with a high level of attention to detail
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Fluency in Czech and English, both written and spoken

It’s a bonus if you have

• Experience in payments, merchant acquiring, card issuing, financial services, or fintech environments
• Familiarity with sales administration, contract management, or order management processes
• Experience working with CRM, sales support, or reporting tools

• Commitment to accuracy, process excellence, and continuous improvement
• Ability to maintain high-quality documentation and support audit and compliance requirements
