Customer Service - General Support - P2 - GBR

What you'll be doing

• Actively identify opportunities for clients to support their servicing needs
• Manage end-to-end client query cycle, from deal execution to account 
maintenance
• Business operational projects
• Contribution to the development of efficient workflows within existing 
operational structures, emphasising the importance of continuous delivery for 
timely and accurate servicing. 
• Exceed Service Level Agreements set on query handling and payment execution
• Specialists in areas such as Banking and Payments.
• Cross-department collaboration to align day-to-day tasks with the broader 
commercial strategy
• Maintaining and developing key relationships with Front Office pre and post-sale
• Identifying system and process improvements and raising these for consideration
• Recognises the interdependencies and workflow within POB processes, and 
identifies and raises potential gaps or inefficiencies in existing processes. 
• Generally assist the Senior Officers and Client Services Managers with managing 
the day-to-day activities and business projects
• Provide high-touch Client Service to the Global Accounts client book
• Regularly presents findings to all team members. during weekly meetings, 
contributing to knowledge sharing, created clear and structured escalations 
• Provide clear and concise communication with clients, guiding them through 
their query journey
• Clearly articulate flow of funds through the banks. Have a firm understanding of 
types of investigations within the bank and how this affects the overall outcome 
for the client
