Senior Supervisor – Product Development Engineer

1. Lead end-to-end development of OEM personal care products, including skincare, hair care, body care, and related categories.

2. Manage multiple product development projects to ensure delivery on time, within budget, and according to customer specifications.

3. Supervise and coach Product Development Engineers and laboratory technicians to enhance technical capability and team performance.

4. Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, Regulatory Affairs, Quality Assurance, Procurement, and Manufacturing throughout the product development process.

5. Translate customer briefs into commercially viable formulations and provide technical solutions during product development.

6. Review product specifications, formulations, stability results, and technical documentation prior to commercialization.

7. Ensure compliance with applicable cosmetic regulations, customer requirements, and company quality standards.

8. Support manufacturing scale-up, process validation, and troubleshooting during pilot and commercial production.

9. Maintain accurate project records, development reports, and technical databases.
