Subject matter expert in Fund of Hedge Fund and Private Equity valuations, person focused on highest quality and accuracy of data provided to our clients with elements of processes supervisory and team management.

Your new role
As a Fund Accounting & Administration Supervisor within Centralized Pricing & Registration Services Team you will:
Service some of the largest Hedge and Private Market Funds in the world
Supervise the daily pricing, trade booking and reconciliation process
Supervise the liquidity process
Assist in preparation and review of the securities set up
Work with different types of securities
Support new clients’ launching
Assist Managers in semi-annual & annual audits by providing answers and required data according to the auditors requests.
Provide client service
Support Managers in day-to-day service delivery: identify issues, track errors and client’s complaints and propose necessary corrective actions
Be active in making enhancements to the daily operating model; take the responsibility in supporting project, migrations
Coordinate On-The-Job training for staff members and assist the Manager with staff development and succession planning
During the course of normal day to day operation, responsible for identifying any unusual or potentially suspicious transaction activity and must report and/or escalate in accordance with corporate policy and guidelines detailed in relevant operating procedures
What we value
Desired skills, qualifications and previous experience:
Minimum 3 years in Fund Accounting or similar financial industry
Experience in securities valuation
Finance, Accounting, Business Degree would be an asset
Strong technical knowledge of hedge and private equity securities
Securities structures understanding and ability to recognize details from the offering documents
Strong analytical and problem solving skills
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Self-motivated and goal-oriented
Ability to perform effectively within strict daily deadlines
Enthusiastic leadership skills and ability to engage others.
Ambition to succeed and forge a long term career in one of the largest Funds Servicing companies in the world
Fluent command of English
Advanced knowledge of MS Excel
Owner’s mindset

The position requires office presence at least 3 days per week
Minimum Salary:
zł87,000 AnnualThe minimum salary quoted above applies to the role in the primary location specified. If the candidate ultimately works outside of this primary location, the applicable minimum salary may differ.
Salary will be determined based on factors such as the position, type of work performed, individual skills, job description, working hours, diligence, initiative, self-management, length of employment, availability, and the quantity and quality of work delivered, as well as other objective and non-discriminatory criteria relevant to State Street employees.
In addition to salary, employees are eligible to be considered for discretionary annual performance-based awards.
