What you'll do:
- Lead design and development of scalable, cloud-native AI-powered software systems and platforms.
- Translate domain-level strategies into system-level implementations ensuring architectural integrity and reliability.
- Drive operational excellence through technical guidance, code reviews, and strategic architectural decisions.
- Champion DevOps and CI/CD practices to ensure resilient, observable, and performant services.
- Mentor engineers to foster a culture of innovation, high standards, and continuous learning.
- Identify and resolve architectural bottlenecks and improve system scalability and developer experience.

The annual salary range for this position is $156,000.00 - $312,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
