Summary
As the Senior Client Success Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our clients achieve their engagement and loyalty goals. You will act as the primary point of contact for a key client, leading the management and optimization of their programs to drive satisfaction and retention. Your focus will be on building strong relationships, understanding client needs, and delivering solutions that enhance their experience with our platform.
You’ll spend your days on the following:
- Client Relationship Management
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key client contact, acting as their trusted advisor and main point of contact.
- Program Oversight
- Oversee the success of client programs, ensuring that their objectives are met, and expectations are exceeded.
- Solution Implementation
- Collaborate with internal teams to implement and optimize engagement solutions tailored to client needs.
- Performance Monitoring, program analysis and case study creation
- Track and analyze client performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Client Feedback
- Gather and act on client feedback to enhance the effectiveness of our solutions and address any issues promptly.
- Strategic Planning
- Work with clients to develop strategic plans that align with their business goals and maximize the value of our offerings.
- Team Collaboration
- Partner with Customer Success, Sales, and Product teams to ensure cohesive and effective client support and solution delivery.
- Reporting
- Prepare and present regular reports on program success, and project outcomes to both clients and internal stakeholders.
What you need to be successful in this role:
- 5+ years in a client success, account management, or similar role within the engagement or technology sectors.
- Relationship Building
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships, with exceptional interpersonal skills.
- Analytical Skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with experience in using data to drive decisions and improvements.
- Communication
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and effectively.
- Project Management
- Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously, with a strong focus on delivering results and meeting deadlines.
- Technical Proficiency
- Familiarity with engagement and loyalty platforms, with the ability to quickly understand and utilize new technologies.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field (advanced degree or certifications in client success management is a plus).
- Experience working with Fortune 500 companies or large enterprise clients is a plus.
Location
Candidates local to an Augeo office are expected to work a hybrid schedule. Candidates outside commuting distance of an Augeo office may work remotely.
