Senior Accountant

Fixed Assets management includes actual booking and Capex and Tooling forecast and control as well as the physical inventory, program accounting and control, Quotation/RSM and AR(Appropriate Request)/PCR(Post Completion Review) preparation.

• Fixed Assets actual bookings and CIP settlement according to PRC and US GAAP.
• Depreciation run according to the closing schedule.
• Create/maintain the internal order for project investment to make sure all the Capex &Tooling related spending tracking correctly and in time.
• Capex and tooling investment actual and forecast updating by programs, and annual Budget / LRP.
• Fixed Assets value assessment and physical inventory according to BorgWarner Policy.
• Be responsible for Quoting of new program, prepare AR(Appropriate Request) documents with PM, review all the related documents to ensure quality and submit in system.
• Timely prepare PCR(Post Completion Review) documents for review and approval.
• Small quotation, support cost calculation for engineering changing, prototype and so on.
• Assist in internal/external audit.

• Any task/job assigned by superior.
