About the Role
The HR Operations Specialist - Employee Services is responsible for delivering efficient, accurate, and compliant HR operational support throughout the employee lifecycle. The role serves as a key point of contact for employee-related HR services, ensuring positive employee experience while maintaining data integrity, process excellence, and compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle administration, including onboarding, employee transfers, contract renewals, leave management, employee data maintenance, and offboarding processes.
- Ensure all required documentation, HR system transactions, approvals, and administrative activities are completed accurately and within established service level agreements.
- Maintain accurate employee records and personnel files in both physical and electronic formats, ensuring compliance with internal policies, labor regulations, and data privacy requirements.
- Review, validate, and submit payroll-related supporting data to the Payroll Team according to payroll processing timelines and compliance requirements.
- Respond to employee inquiries related to HR policies, leave administration, employment verification, benefits, payroll support documentation, and other HR operational processes through established service channels.
- Monitor and track employee service requests and transactions to ensure service quality, process efficiency, and compliance with defined standards.
- Support internal and external audits by preparing HR documentation and maintaining accurate records.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement, standardization, automation, and operational efficiency within HR employee services.
- Assist in developing and maintaining HR process documentation, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and knowledge management materials.
- Gather employee feedback related to HR services and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
- Participate in HR Operations projects, system implementations, testing activities, and other initiatives as assigned.

Minimum Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree or above in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field with 3-5 years hands-on experience, certified professional in Human Resources or equivalent certification is a plus.
- Work independently, proficiency in using HRIS, MS Office, especially Excel and Word.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to empathize and build rapport.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
Good command of English reading, writing, listening, and speaking, CET-6, TEM-8 preferred.
