About the Role

Data entry assistants are responsible for either leading a small group of data entry clerks or performing quality check on the processed data and participating in the system output design & the analysis of system change requirements. Data entry is also their partially routine.

Responsibilities:

• Verify data capture and policy inquiry result
• Provide efficient and effective service ensuring that our agreed service standards are met

• Perform User Acceptance Test (UAT) for system enhancement and new product development
• Provide QA report to QA officer on a timely manner
• Conduct on-the-job coaching/training to junior/new staff

Requirements:

• College graduated.
• 2 years experience in Operations.
• Experience in QA .

• Language Skill: English & Cantonese, PET 4

• Industry certifications and practitioners’ licenses
• Effective communication skill and coaching skill
• Data Analysis skills
• Team leadership
