Essential Duties/Responsibilities
• Communicates daily with Customers, Contract Drivers, Terminal Personnel, and internal service representatives; coordinating, troubleshooting and resolving issues
• Coordinate and problem solve pick-ups and deliveries with Contract Drivers, partner carriers, rail operators, and port operators
• Dispatch WO for truck, rail and barge as per the timeline with any miss
• Communicate any delays to customers proactively
• Meets all customer levels of service and deadline requirements eliminating any service failures.
• Handle all customer quires with empathy and understanding the customer needs and driving towards positive NPS
• Records and audits all documents for equipment tracking
• Track, trace and report container activity
• Manage additional cost
• Update relevant systems to track appointments and drays
• Authorize equipment drops and monitor container idling
• Develops and maintains a positive working rapport with customers, Terminal Operators, and truck vendors
• Process and complete all documentation assigned in a timely manner
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment
• Cross learning capability and supporting team as in when required and supporting in being an engaged team
• provides the vendor feedback to procurement to improve the performance

You will be responsible for:
Executing Landside Operations which includes roles that manage and operate landside transport modalities, such as truck or rail transport of cargo/containers.
Executing administrative tasks that includes primary support to others by performing skilled technical, administrative or operational tasks. Jobs may range from highly supervised entry-level workers, technicians, and administrative staff to experienced individual contributors with robust technical or practical knowledge in specific areas, who have an ability to execute specialized work to support operations.
Working independently and applying standards, yet can also make departures from established processes to resolve problems at the top of career stream
Working on tasks of limited scope and complexity, exercising independent judgment within defined boundaries and guidelines and typically under supervision. Having skills developed through job-related training and on-the-job experience within a specific job discipline.
Having knowledge of standardized work routines and methods, general facts and information but may need to escalate non-routine problems to a more experienced colleague or supervisor.

Qualification/Experience:
Any Graduate with 2-3 years of experience.
Technical Skills:
Should have experience on SAP TMS, MS Office
Case Management (good to have)
